When @Last Software got to within 3 months of its first-ever scheduled User Conference, the company realized it had too much on its hands with impending product launches, office moves and so on. They called in Strategic Reach to take over the event, drive forward logistics, help confirm speakers and the agenda and commence online, secure registration. The team worked hand-in-hand with SketchUp staff, speakers, keynotes and senior management to pull the event off within budget, and within the tight timelines provided. (2005) |

COFES: The Congress On the Future of Engineering Software, realized that press attendance was flagging and ongoing editorial was weaker than it should be. They called in Strategic Reach to assist with getting press to the event, getting promotions, conference newsletters, advertising and web banners placed. End result: 25-plus press at every event, and more than 2 million ad impressions in both print and web for promotions. When SolidCAM realized it only had 4 weeks to originate, write, design and layout a brochure featuring user customers, they turned to SRPR. Starting the project on january 4 2006, we interviewed customers, found images, gained approvals, created layout and design and got the brochure to print on january 17th - just in time for the SolidWorks World 2006 conference.
